Definitely it looks uncomfortable because this is the only area where the water scarcity is evident and heat always is on top. The area is always filled with sand typhoon even sand cluster looks everywhere. In Gazetteer the description of Jaisalmer is monstrous. There is no Baramaasi and water level is 125-240 and somewhere is 400 deep. A 70 years study shows that more than 355days has gone drought in a year. It clears that 120 rainy days has comes just for10 days. In Jaisalmr temperature has maximum recorded 50 degree celcious and rains recorded only 16.4 Cm.In Rajasthan 11 districts are affected with extension of deserts. If we thought about desert our mind strikes with Bikaner, Jaisalmer and Bardmer and availability rain is also meagre. The people of these places have accepted with aplomb the nature’s few drops as a gift and they given it name as “Silver Drops”. In genuine mean we understand the importance of natural resources then we could not be felt about the scarcity of these natural resources. Jaisalmer does not have the regular pond and scarcity of rainy water is already with the city. Even then the people of Jaisalmer keep their tranquil intact and developed the skill for using precious water. People was always minimum facilities even today they do not have the new techniques. They learn from the difficulties and created the new idea of development and today we are saying it is traditional. In these sequence ponds, pokhasr, Bavadias are interlinked in different places. Urban and rural people have disintegrated their own traditions due to the development of civilization. Other states are also engulfing with problems. Still Jaisalmer has intact and alive their age old traditions. Now at present Jaisalmer old traditional Ghadisaar is still gives soothing their throats of the people of hottest land of Jaisalmer. In gazetteer there are as mentioned as dried, isolate and no man lands and many other things has been quoted. But those who have written like that has been now reaching at Ghadisar and they thought what ever he think all are lies. On tourism map half of the part is dry and another half is full of water. Water full part never mentioned without Ghadisaar. Jaisalmer’s history is 800 years old and Ghadisaar has linked history with Jaisalmer is not less than 700 years old. When we reached to Ghadisaar we see a huge sand teela stands but go to nearer we find that it is not a teela but a huge and long paal and goes more nearer to we find a artistic designed stone 5 faced windows and one side is open of paal for the entry. We see a beautiful blue sky between the small a big paal. As soon as we reaches closer to closer more views are added. When we reach there we find that the blue we have seen that was our fault basically this the blue colour water, and in near around we finds some beautiful architectural designed temples, Ghaats, and many other things.Every moment we have seen the changed views and our eyes never sticks on one place. It is difficult to capture a huge pond 3miles x 1mile in our eyes and its area also has spread in 120 sm. Ghadisaar built by the Kingh Jaisalmer Ghadsi in 1335. King Ghadsi himself supervised the construction of Ghadisaar and every day he has come down from the palace and see each every thing related to the construction. That was the when Jaiselmer was struggling with their own problems for the throne. Bhaatis were struggling for throne for that they creating conspiracies and fight between the interrelationship. Although king’s family mingled in jealousy and fighting but apart from that foreign invaders were also attacking on Jaisalmer. In those furious days Ghadsi has conquered the Jaisalmer with the help of Rathores. Ghadi’s era filled with war success and unsuccessful, high and lows brutal murders even then Ghasdisaar construction were continued. Longed running process for ghadsi has keep calm and collected the resources and that he has paid the big price. Parapet was constructing, Mehraval was stands on parapet and seeing the work of Ghadsisaar. Inter rivalry was on the crest and invaders has attackd to kill on King Ghadsi while he was stands on the wall and witnessing the progress of the work. His queen debarred the old tradition of sati, she has completed the King’s work. The Ghadsi of Sand has two colours, one blue colour of water, and yellow colours of 3 to 4 miles long Ghaat, temples,dome and Baraadari of half circle pond. But this miracle dream has been seen twice in a day. Ghadsisaar look in sun rise and sun set that the liquid has poured in it. People have contributed by their own capacity. This scene has made that sun has filled with all desires. Lake was the king’s property but people have beautifully managed the lake. In this continuation architectural construction were going on when ever people found anything new they endorsed it well to Ghardsisaar. It is beautiful example of king and peoples combination. Today’s rural of Jaisalmer are not understands the meaning and importance of Ghadsisarr. Air Force Airport has been constructed in the Aagaur of Ghadsisaar due to that water has not flow down to Aagaur but flow some where else. Many unplanned colonies, houses and office of Narmada Sagar Pradikaran has constructed here. But still 671 years old Ghadsisaar still not die rather to say it is alive. Those who had constructed they have provided enough strength to survive in all odd conditions. The wind negligence and those who love Ghadsisaar are still facing this face with total calm and peace. Although there is no security soldiers but there is one security of people’s by heart it is true that love is more important and this relationship has not been break because Ghadsisaar is the life line. Ghadsisaar has given us the message that if our resources are limited but with determination and zest we could have gain everything what ever we desired.
